Tracy Sattler is an Executive Recruiter with Hatteras Capital Advisors, bringing more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people leadership, manufacturing, and operations.
Throughout her career, Tracy has built a reputation for developing strong relationships with both organizations and professionals. She understands the importance of industry knowledge, qualifications, culture, and long term fit when adding talent to an organization. Her personal, relationship driven approach allows her to understand the needs of the client while also helping candidates identify opportunities where they can grow and succeed.
Tracy earned her Associate’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen College Wisconsin.
Tracy’s Career Progression
Before joining Hatteras Capital Advisors, Tracy served as Managing Director of Pine River Recruiting, where she focused on helping companies attract and hire talent while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Her professional background also includes serving as a Human Resources Supervisor with PGI, Inc. and nearly 18 years with Milsco Manufacturing in purchasing and inventory planning roles.
Tracy’s experience inside manufacturing and human resources gives her a practical understanding of the workforce challenges companies face. She brings that perspective to every search, combining recruiting expertise with firsthand knowledge of operations, employee development, onboarding, and organizational needs.
