Georgette Sandifer is the Director of Placement with Hatteras Capital Advisors specializing in the recruitment of top talent within the Manufacturing, Construction, and Engineering industries. Through her extensive network and relationship driven approach, she helps clients identify, attract, and retain high performing professionals who make an immediate impact on their organizations.
Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Georgette is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina and remains an avid Gamecock fan. Her deep roots throughout the Southeast, combined with a nationwide network of industry professionals, have enabled her to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates across the country.

Prior to joining Hatteras Capital Advisors, Georgette spent more than 20 years in corporate travel services. During that time, she served in customer service leadership, corporate travel management, and national training roles while developing relationships with major manufacturers and corporate clients throughout the United States. Her background in customer service, relationship management, and problem solving laid the foundation for a highly successful transition into executive recruiting.
Georgette entered the recruiting industry in 1999 and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
