Julie Goodlin is an Executive Coach, Business Strategist, and Leadership Partner with Hatteras Capital Advisors. With over 20 years of experience in coaching, human resources, and organizational development, Julie helps professionals and companies create meaningful change—from personal growth to performance breakthroughs.
As the founder of JRG Consulting, Julie has coached clients across real estate, financial services, marketing, and corporate leadership. Her work focuses on goal-setting, strategic planning, leadership development, stress reduction, and helping professionals stay accountable and aligned with their purpose.
Whether she’s coaching executives, rising leaders, or organizational teams, Julie helps clients make confident decisions and navigate change with clarity.
JULIE’s Career Progression
Before launching her coaching practice, Julie spent more than a decade in senior human resources leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo, where she led strategic HR initiatives for retail operations in Orange County. Her background also includes positions with Rockland Financial, Management Action Programs, and Wood Associates, giving her a deep understanding of talent development, team dynamics, and executive communication.
Julie’s coaching is both practical and powerful—grounded in psychology and driven by results. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She’s known for bringing empathy, structure, and momentum to every engagement.
