A BIT ABOUT STACY:

Stacy is a Career and Personal Coach as well as a Transition Strategist with Hatteras Capital Advisors, where she helps professionals navigate key life and career transitions—whether launching a new path, stepping into leadership, or defining their next chapter.

An ICF Certified Coach with more than 20 years of combined experience in education, coaching, and personal development, Stacy brings a rare blend of insight, empathy, and action-oriented strategy to every engagement. Whether she’s guiding an executive through a career pivot or helping an emerging leader clarify their direction, her approach is always personal, practical, and results-driven.

Prior to joining Hatteras, Stacy spent 18 years as a classroom educator before transitioning into coaching and real estate. Over the last decade, she has served as a broker coach, student mentor, and life transition advisor—helping individuals of all ages move forward with purpose and clarity. Her real-world experience, combined with her coaching certification and recruiting acumen, allows her to see talent from multiple perspectives: personal, professional, and organizational.

Stacy earned her Master’s Degree in Education and is a certified ICF Coach. She is also a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina, helping people find both homes and direction—in every sense of the word. Originally from Florida, Stacy now calls the mountains of Western North Carolina home. She enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Otis and Earl, chasing her teenage sons, Cole and Drake, around the pickleball court, and exploring small towns with her partner, Nick. She still makes time for the beach when she can—but she’s come to love the crisp mountain air just as much.
